Refund And Cancelation Policy

At our store, the health and safety of our patients are our top priority. Since all of our products are used in a dental practice environment, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns, as these items will need to be discarded for hygiene reasons.

Customers located in the European Union may have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
